The beekeeping operation is family friendly, meaning that we prioritize spending time off together with our children and plan the beekeeping activities around that. This requires careful planning and preparation, but with inspiration from beekeepers in New Zealand and Australia, we have succeeded in creating a sustainable beekeeping business. It allows us to balance professional part time beekeeping with a modern family life and all that it entails.

On our property, there are many accommodation options. We can offer space in the garden for tents, campers, and motorhomes(Electricity and water are available). Additionally, we have room for two guests in our guest room.

We are happy to assist with planning transportation to and from Apimondia, which will be held in Copenhagen. The event is accessible by car, with a 3-hour drive, or by public transport, which takes around 3.5 hours.

We can offer a tour of our own beekeeping operations and production. Additionally, we have a large network in the area and can arrange visits to a cider producer who uses our honey and a queen breeder. Let us know if you have any specific requests, and we will do our best to make the arrangements.
