ByBi is Oslo’s beekeepers’ association and a non-profit environmental organisation. Welcome to Gartneriet, where we hold our educational apiary within an ecologically driven urban agriculture center. Gartneriet is where we showcase good practices in urban food production, from vegetables, fruits to honey and hold courses within these subjects. The restaurant, Gartneriet Spiseri, is where this local food is served on the weekends through a seasonal menu. We are proud to show the interconnectedness of all of these elements in food production, and organise courses, activities and private events to spread inspiration and knowledge.
